This is a hands-on leadership position that blends technical expertise with strategic vision and strong stakeholder collaboration.Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the CRM strategy to align with business goals. Lead design, development, and integrations across the Zoho suite (CRM, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Desk, Campaigns, etc.). Manage and mentor a skilled CRM development and support team. Drive continuous improvement in workflows, automation, and data quality. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
