Technical Services Manager - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary: £41,000 - £46,100Location: The Cube, London East, DagenhamContract: 12 Month Fixed-Term, Full-Time What we are looking for: We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, taking day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of technical services, planned and reactive maintenance and statutory compliance support across the estate. Reporting to the Head of Assets and Estate, you will manage our Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative and coordinate specialist contractors, ensuring maintenance and technical works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. This is a hands-on operational management role suited to someone with strong experience in technical services, facilities management, building services or commercial property maintenance, with a good practical understanding of mechanical, electrical and general building services. Key Responsibilities: Take day-to-day responsibility for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the estate. Ensure maintenance activities are effectively prioritised, allocated, completed and recorded. Respond to faults, breakdowns and technical issues, investigating causes and coordinating remedial works through to completion.
