Your new role This is a leadership and strategy role, not a hands-on delivery seat. You''ll join the senior management team, report to the Service Director, and own the vision and standards for project delivery across the business. You will: Build the function - define the PMO''s strategy, structure and ways of working. Create governance frameworks and standards that fit the work coming in. Manage a small, capable team of PMs and Coordinators and coach and develop them. Act as the credible trusted voice to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
