Key focus areas for this Systems Engineer role will include: Regional Server and Data Centre Management Setup, monitor and maintain hardware including servers, UPS, storage, load balancers, etc. Build, Manage, Patch and Decommission Servers and Services Support hypervisor technology (VMware and HyperV) Network and datacentre monitoring Regional backup Solution Management Tape, Disk and/or cloud based backup. Design, setup, maintain, document, operate and monitor the backup and continuity solutions for the region. Assess the backups by performing regular test restorations.
