HR Advisor (Employee Relations focus) 12 month FTC Midlands Based / Home Based with Regular Travel Up to £42k DOE + £6,500 Car Allowance Immediate Start We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a strong focus on high-volume employee relations casework. You''ll manage your own caseload and work closely with managers across the business, providing practical HR advice and support across a variety of employee relations matters.The role will cover sites across the South of England, so regular travel will be a key part of the position. Ideally, you''ll be based within the Midlands, working predominantly from home when you''re not visiting sites, with occasional travel to the North of England when required. The role will include: - Managing a high-volume ER caseload from start to finish - Advising and coaching managers on a range of employee relations matters - Supporting disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases - Providing practical and commercially focused HR advice - Supporting investigations, meetings and formal HR processes - Preparing relevant HR documentation and correspondence - Building strong relationships with managers across multiple locations - Ensuring cases are managed consistently and in line with employment legislation and internal policies - Travelling regularly to sites across the South to provide face-to-face HR support - ..... full job details .....
