Greys Specialist Recruitment are working with a well-established, growing business to recruit an HR Advisor (Operations) to join its HR team. This is a varied, hands-on HR role supporting managers and employees across multiple UK locations. The successful candidate will take ownership of employee relations matters, provide practical advice on employment law and HR best practice, and help managers handle people-related issues confidently and consistently. Alongside employee relations, the role will involve supporting performance management, delivering training, promoting employee wellbeing and contributing to wider HR projects and process improvements. The Role Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management and capability issues. Provide guidance to managers on employment law, company policies and HR best practice. Prepare investigation reports, formal correspondence and relevant HR documentation. Support performance management processes, including the coordination and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans. Coach and advise managers to strengthen their confidence and effectiveness in managing people.
