You will take ownership of a busy treasury operation covering high-volume payments and multiple bank accounts across a range of currencies, leading a small team to keep cash management and reporting accurate and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Manage a fast paced treasury function, maintaining best practices Lead a team during an exciting period of growth, making sure targets and deadlines are met Oversee high-volume payments, keeping a close watch on accounts, payments and cash positions Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations and reporting across multiple bank accounts and currencies Make sure transactions are processed accurately and on time Support process improvements to maximise efficiency My client is a market leading business based in Coventry with exciting expansion plans.
