Associate Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost management across a range of residential, hotel, and PBSA projects

• Deliver full pre- and post-contract QS services from feasibility through to final account

• Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation processes

• Provide commercial leadership and manage stakeholder relationships

• Support junior QSs and help develop in-house talent

• Contribute to business development, client retention, and strategic growth

Associate Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Profile

• 6+ years'' experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role

• MRICS qualified, or equivalent expertise

• Strong background in the living sector (residential, hotels, PBSA, senior living)

• In-depth understanding of JCT and NEC contracts

• Commercially driven, proactive, and confident in managing complex projects

• Skilled communicator with leadership potential
