Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-contract cost consultancy services across residential, hotel, PBSA, and senior living schemes
• Prepare cost estimates, detailed cost plans, and tender documentation
• Lead procurement processes and advise clients on contract strategy
• Administer contracts under JCT and NEC forms
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to APC training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years'' experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
• RICS accredited degree and working towards MRICS (or already chartered)
• Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
• Confident leading projects and managing client relationships
• Experience in residential or living sector projects highly desirable
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
