Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre- and post-contract cost consultancy services across residential, hotel, PBSA, and senior living schemes
- Prepare cost estimates, detailed cost plans, and tender documentation
- Lead procurement processes and advise clients on contract strategy
- Administer contracts under JCT and NEC forms
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to APC training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years'' experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
- RICS accredited degree and working towards MRICS (or already chartered)
- Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
- Confident leading projects and managing client relationships
- Experience in residential or living sector projects highly desirable
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
