Your new companyA leading international investment firm with a growing London presence is strengthening its People function. With a high performance culture and a strong focus on operational excellence, the firm is investing in its Operational HR capability to support its UK leadership team.Your new roleAs an HR Business Partner, you will provide day-to-day advisory support while taking direct ownership of the firm''s core people operations. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, ensuring HR processes are executed accurately, consistently, and at pace. You will manage key workflows across onboarding, performance, employee relations activity, and HR systems, working closely with managers to embed strong operational discipline. You will refine processes, resolve issues quickly,maintain high-quality data, and ensure the HR function runs smoothly in a fast-moving, regulated environment.What you''ll need to succeedCIPD qualified or equivalent with strong experience in HR advisory or business partnering, ideally gained within financial services or another fast-paced, regulated environment. Able to show tenure and progression as well as excellent stakeholder management.
