You ll have real autonomy over your accounts, the ability to build strong relationships, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on sales growth.The Role:I''m looking for a Key Account Manager (On Trade) to cover the South (ideally along the M4/M5 corridor). This is a field-based role, managing a portfolio of established accounts while developing new opportunities across pubs and regional brewers. You ll be responsible for achieving sales, revenue, and profit targets, while building long-term, strategic relationships with customer teams and on-trade outlets.You Will: Own and grow a defined customer base, including head office teams, sales teams, and on-trade outlets.Develop and execute account plans across existing stockists and prospect accounts.Build strong relationships with Procurement, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams.Implement channel activity and marketing initiatives in line with brand strategy.Maintain accurate records, track performance in CRM, and report insights to influence business decisions.Stay ahead of the market through detailed knowledge of accounts, competition, and emerging opportunities. About You: 2 4+ years experience in On Trade sales, ideally working with pub companies and regional brewers.P
