Customer Service Administrator - Temporary Peak Period Temporary Assignment 13.55 per hour Basildon Our client, a leading international Freight Forwarder, is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy Service Centre in Basildon. This is a temporary position to support our client during their busy peak period, starting in October. You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing a professional, efficient and high level of customer service while ensuring company procedures, compliance requirements and performance targets are met. Working Hours Monday to Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm Pay Rate 13.55 per hour The Role As the first point of contact for the Service Centre, you will handle customer queries, provide administrative support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service at all times, deal with queries efficiently and professionally, and work closely with colleagues to maintain high service levels. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external customers contacting the Service Centre. Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
