Job Title: Multi Trade OperativeJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSector: Property ServicesLocation: MarhamHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pmSalary: 36,982.40 per annumWe have an opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused Multi-Trade Operative to join a national maintenance and refurbishment provider, covering sites across Marham (Upper Marham), Honington, Swanton Morley, Bury St Edmunds and Thetford.This role is based on MOD (Ministry of Defence) sites, so successful candidates will be required to undergo security clearance.Responsibilities:Carrying out plastering repairs to a high standard.Undertaking plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable).Completing carpentry works, including repairs and basic joinery (desirable).Supporting a wide range of general property maintenance tasks.Diagnosing faults and delivering effective, lasting repairs.Working independently and as part of a wider team.Ensuring all works meet safety, quality and customer service standards.Using PDA systems to receive and complete job information.Requirements:Full UK Driving Licence (manual)UK Security Vetting (UKSV)NVQ or City and Guilds Level 2 minimum (or equivalent experience)Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATPBenefits:Company vehicle, fuel card and uniform provided as part of the package. 20 per month BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) allowance Pension scheme and life assurance23 days'' annual leave, plus bank holidays.Perkbox (offering discounts, rewards and wellbeing benefits)Ongoing ..... full job details .....
