Description

• Provide generalist HR support and advice across employee relations matters, including absence management, performance, disciplinary, grievance and change-related cases.
• Manage a varied HR casework workload, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Support managers with Right to Work processes and maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with Employment Tribunal preparation and responses.
• Deliver training and coaching to managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
• Produce HR reports and management information to support business decision-making.
• Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Support HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues across the business.
• Stay up to date with employment law, HR best practice and industry developments.

Profile

A successful ''HR Advisor'' should have:

Experience

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
• Managing complex employee relations cases and advising managers on best practice.
• Providing practical HR guidance across a broad range of people matters.
• Experience supporting Right to Work compliance.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
