The OpportunityWe are seeking a commercially minded, forward-thinking Interim Head of Talent Acquisition (12 Month FTC) to lead and evolve a high-performing TA function within a dynamic, growth-focused organisation.This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering a best-in-class talent strategy that enables business growth, enhances employer brand, and ensures access to high-quality, diverse talent across all functions.You will operate as a trusted advisor to the executive team, bringing insight, data and market intelligence to workforce planning and hiring decisions. 2 days a week onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy and LeadershipDevelop and deliver a future-focused talent acquisition strategy aligned to business goalsLead, coach and inspire a high-performing TA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementPartner with executive leadership to anticipate future talent needs and build proactive pipelinesEmbed a data-led approach to hiring, using insight to drive better decision-makingOperational ExcellenceOwn and optimise end-to-end recruitment processes across permanent, interim and executive hiringDrive efficiency, quality and consistency across all hiring activityImplement scalable hiring models to support periods of rapid growth or transformationEnsure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experienceEmployer Brand and AttractionDevelop and elevate the organisation''s employer value proposition (EVP)Lead attraction
