The Head of Direct Procurement will be responsible for;

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Oversee the procurement team to drive performance and professional development.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Profile

A successful Head of Direct Procurement should have:

• A strong track record of successfully leading procurement teams and driving cost efficiencies.
• Proven expertise in supplier relationship management and contract negotiations.
