We are seeking a Strategic Product Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy as we expand into North America. This is a unique opportunity to define and deliver a market entry strategy from the ground up. You’ll act as the key link between our global product vision and the needs of a new market, ensuring we deliver real outcomes for customers.What you’ll do:Develop and execute a North America–specific product strategy.Work closely with the Head of Product to shape and prioritise the roadmap.Support pre-sales and business development, including product demonstrations and bids.Align cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and growth.What we’re looking for:Proven senior product management experience (Product Lead / Head of Product / Senior PM).Strategic mindset, able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.Commercially focused with experience in pre-sales or customer-facing product work.Experience in pensions/retirement or the North American market is an advantage.The offer:Salary £70,000 – £80,000 plus benefits.Manchester base with flexible working.The chance to make a real impact in building a new international market.If you’re a product leader who thrives on autonomy, influence, and building new markets, we’d love to hear from you.Seniority level
