Role:-Product Specialist

Location:-Cambridge

Working Pattern:-Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Offer:30,000 - -32,000

We are working with a well-established technology business to recruit a Product Specialist to support its European market. You will engage with existing customers, promote additional products and services, and build relationships through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers by phone and email to identify sales opportunities.
• Promote camera products, upgrades and additional services.
• Arrange demonstrations and trials, prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
• Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records and achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with sales, customer support and technical teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in written and spoken French.
• Experience in a customer-facing role involving proactive phone and email contact.
• Confident identifying customer needs and progressing sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good IT skills, with CRM experience advantageous.

This role would suit a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver value.
