Those at Senior Assoicate / Associate Director level will be provided with the necessary training.Role OverviewThe newly created role of Cambridge Regional Director provides a fantastic opportunity for someone with outstanding project leadership and people management capabilities to develop and shape a new office. The position will be based in Cambridge but in your first month you will be asked to spend some time in other offices to get an understanding of the culture and processes. At a time of exciting expansion, the role will contribute to the wider growth of the business and provide ongoing opportunities for personal growth and development.
