This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their administrative skills within a busy office environment.

You''ll be working Monday to Thursday from 8:45 AM to 5 PM, and finishing early on Fridays at 8:45 AM to 3 PM.

What You''ll Be Doing

- Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Managing and maintaining filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of quotes.
- Handling and organising delivery notes.
- Providing general administrative support to the main administrator, helping with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

What We''re Looking For

- Excellent English skills (written and verbal) are essential.
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
