Small Works Manager Location: Droitwich, WorcestershireSalary: £30,000-£45,000 DOEHours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility for out-of-hours workContract: Full-time, permanent The Opportunity We are recruiting a Small Works Manager on behalf of a successful, growing national contractor operating within the commercial interiors sector. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will take ownership of small works from initial enquiry and quotation through to scheduling, delivery and invoicing. Working closely with customers, installers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams, you will ensure jobs are properly planned, efficiently delivered and completed to the required standard. The role is varied and demanding, with reactive work, changing priorities and occasional overnight, early-morning and weekend projects. Key Responsibilities Manage small works enquiries from initial instruction through to completion. Prepare quotations, set up jobs on the CRM and maintain accurate records. Schedule installers and subcontractors, ensuring materials, access and resources are in place. Coordinate reactive, short-notice and out-of-hours work.
