Small Works Project Manager Office Fit Out Location: London Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Sector: Commercial Office Fit Out and Refurbishment The Opportunity We re working with a well-established office fit-out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Small Works Project Manager to oversee a range of commercial office fit-out, refurbishment and small works projects valued between £10,000 - £150,000. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality work safely, on time and within budget. The Role As Small Works Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing multiple small works and office refurbishment projects simultaneously. Planning and coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and site activities. Managing project programmes, budgets, costs and variations. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Ensuring all works comply with health and safety requirements and relevant regulations. Carrying out site visits, monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise.
