Key Responsibilities Audio and copy typing of legal documents including letters, briefs, statements, petitions, financial remedy and Children Act applicationsPreparing forms, agreements, deeds, schedules, mediation documents, file notes, attendance notes and memosManaging diaries, arranging appointments, and liaising with clients and third partiesHandling telephone and email communications, taking and relaying messagesLiaising with counsel, experts, and other solicitorsPreparing bundles, briefs, and enclosures for hearingsCourt document preparation and photocopyingPreparing costs schedules for CourtTime recording and file managementOpening, maintaining, closing and archiving filesSupporting billing processes, including invoices and ledger managementManaging outstanding balancesReception cover when requ
