The role would suit an individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain excellent attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesOpening and setting up new client files and mattersPreparing legal documentation and correspondenceRaising searches and obtaining relevant property informationLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and third partiesProviding updates to clients and stakeholders throughout transactionsManaging diaries, appointments, and electronic filing systemsAssisting with post-completion mattersHandling incoming telephone calls, emails, and enquiries professionallyProviding general administrative support within the Conveyancing DepartmentEnsuring compliance with internal procedures and regula
