Site Supervisor 

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a highways scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site teams, subcontractors and daily construction activities.
• Oversee highway works, road construction, drainage, kerbing and associated civils.
• Monitor progress and ensure programme deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials.
• Report progress and site issues to the Site Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on highways or general civil engineering projects.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Valid Gold CSCS card.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
