Site Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a highways scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise site teams, subcontractors and daily construction activities. Oversee highway works, road construction, drainage, kerbing and associated civils. Monitor progress and ensure programme deadlines are met. Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards. Coordinate labour, plant and materials. Report progress and site issues to the Site Manager. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on highways or general civil engineering projects. SSSTS or SMSTS certification. Valid Gold CSCS card. Valid First Aid certificate. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
