Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator (Salesforce experience ideally) 12month Fixed Term Contract - starting ASAP Location: Edinburgh (Monday Friday). Office based initially, then remote/hybrid Description: An exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to work for our very well-known Global Emergency Services client in Edinburgh. You will work within the sales team, issuing quotes, processing orders, monitoring order shipments, escalating orders and monitoring stock. Key Responsibilities Update their internal systems with relevant information on sales opportunities and customer orders Handle all general enquiries received by sales. Management of new sales leads received. Take responsibility of directing existing customer quotes. Manage the customer front end of chargeable/warranty process. Process Sales Order Manage the administration of the customer licencing process Key skills required: Strong Communicator Data inputting IT Competent Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Excellent organisational skills Problem-solving skills Attention to detail Teamwork
