Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and leavers. Manage employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters. Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. Support probation reviews and attendance management processes. Assist with recruitment activities during busy periods. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR role. Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience handling employee relations cases. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently. Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
