The client has a National and European footprint, and is currently undertaking changes to their Legal functionThis is an initial 6 month contract opportunity to assess the working impact of recent recent changes in law in relation to Litigation. You''ll work closely with the existing Legal team and the wider business to provide expertise in a Day-to-day conduct and supervision of a high-volume litigation and enforcement caseloadOversight of debt recovery team ensuring efficient and compliant case progressionEnsuring compliance with post-Mazur regulatory and procedural requirementsReviewing and improving litigation processes where appropriate To be considered, you''ll be either a Practising Solicitor, or CILEx qualified with Litigation rights.
