Business Development Manager
You will drive commercial growth within a designated region by developing and executing a regional commercial plan, managing B2B relationships, and leveraging insights to enhance customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy:Develop and implement a regional plan aligned with strategic objectives.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategies.Sales and Account Management:Identify and capitalise on B2B opportunities across construction, house builders, local authorities, local government, surveyors, utilities and some end-users.Manage full sales cycle and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Stakeholder Engagement:Represent the organisation at events and networking opportunities.Build partnerships with key decision-makers.Customer Insight:Gather and analyse feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.Collaboration:Work with regional teams to deliver cohesive plans and meet growth targets.Performance Tracking:Membership and training revenue growth across target sectors.Strong stakeholder engagement and improved customer satisfaction.Accurate tracking and reporting of commercial activities.Skills and ExperienceProven B2B sales and account management experienceAbility to develop and execute growth strategiesStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Results-driven with a track record of meeting targetsAt Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome appl
