You''ll be working alongside an exceptionally talented Head Chef who has spent 12 years developing their craft in Michelin-starred kitchens. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from an experienced chef, further develop your culinary skills and become part of a passionate, close-knit kitchen team.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

Chef de Partie Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a quality, fresh-food kitchen.
• A genuine passion for cooking, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and producing consistently excellent dishes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your section confidently and efficiently.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn from an experienced Head Chef.
• Good understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene and professional cooking standards.
• A reliable team player who takes pride in presentation, consistency and attention to detail.
• Someone who enjoys a collaborative kitchen environment and is keen to develop their culinary knowledge and techniques.
