We''re currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join a specialist façade contractor on a large upcoming project in Fermanagh. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in construction management within the façade or cladding sector to take ownership of site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations for façade and cladding works.
• Supervising site labour and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring project progress, programme and quality standards.
• Carrying out setting-out checks and verifying site dimensions.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Liaising with clients and internal design teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintaining quality control records and as-built documentation.

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience in construction project management.
• Experience within façades, rainscreen cladding or building envelopes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant construction and health and safety qualifications.
• Full, valid driving licence and flexibility to travel to other sites when required
