Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong civils background and hands-on NEC3/NEC4 contract experience?This is an opportunity to play a key role in a major site modernisation programme within a busy, operational shipyard on the Clyde.The programme includes demolition, groundworks, civil engineering, structural works and industrial infrastructure upgrades. You''ll be responsible for coordinating projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget, while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.The Role - 18 Month FTCReporting to the Head of Site Development, you will work closely with contractors, subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects moving and ensure everything comes together as planned.Developing and monitoring project programmes, coordinating activities and keeping projects on track against key milestones.Managing civils, demolition, groundworks and structural construction projects from planning through to delivery.Monitoring project budgets, costs, risks and progress, ensuring projects remain within agreed parameters.Managing contractors and subcontractors, overseeing performance, quality, health and safety and delivery against agreed timescales.Applying your NEC3/NEC4 contract experience to support effective contract administration and resolve project issues.Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and relevant health and safety requirements.Coordinating construction activities ..... full job details .....
