The business we are representing has a fantastic reputation in delivering large schemes up to £80m. You will ideally have experience leading a team of Advisors within the UK. The individual will need to be proactive and previous experience in a similar position within a Build environment. Main Job Responsibilities and Required Experience; Ideally have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Safety Practitioner working with a recognised UK main contractor. Provide a proven track record in HSQE management on construction projects. Initiate and implement the company s health and safety policy to prevent injury, ill health, damage and wastage. Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of current UK safety and environmental legislation. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate and relate to people working in all levels of an organisation. Have excellent organisational skills. Prosper when working as part of a team and have ability to fit into existing structure and culture adding value to project delivery. Be persuasive by nature, ability to convey a message coherently and effectively. Be confident in problem solving and providing solutions and ability bring new ideas to the table.
