An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Store Manager to join a successful and growing retail business in Central London.

This role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance. You''ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure the store consistently operates to the highest standards.

What you''ll be doing as Store Manager:

• Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team.

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty, engagement and repeat business.

• Maximising sales opportunities, achieving KPIs and ensuring strong commercial performance across all areas of the store.

• Maintaining excellent standards of visual presentation, merchandising and operational execution.

• Managing stock, rota planning, compliance, health & safety and all key operational processes.

• Coaching and developing team members to support individual growth and succession planning.

• Acting as a role model within the business, championing company values and creating a positive store culture.

About You

You are an established retail manager with a proven track record of running a successful store and delivering strong commercial results. You are passionate about people, customer service and team development, and you have the leadership skills to create a positive, high-performing environment.

You''ll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing a busy retail operation. Experience within a premium, specialty or customer-focused retail environment would be advantageous.

Flexibility is required, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as part of the store''s trading pattern.
