Store Manager - Your Next Chapter

You''ll take ownership of a vibrant, fast-paced store, combining the commercial mindset of a successful retailer with the personality and passion of a hospitality professional.

You''ll be visible, hands-on and proud of the standards your team delivers, whether that''s during the morning coffee rush or a busy lunchtime service.

Store Manager - What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead from the front. Inspire, coach and develop a team that takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional service.

• Make every visit memorable. Create a warm, polished and welcoming environment where customers feel valued and want to return.

• Take ownership of the numbers. Manage your store''s P&L, drive sales, control costs and maximise profitability without compromising quality.

• Keep standards beautifully high. From product presentation and merchandising to cleanliness and food safety, you''ll make sure every detail reflects a premium brand.

• Build a brilliant team. Recruit, train and develop your people, creating a positive culture where everyone feels motivated to succeed.

• Run a seamless operation. Oversee rotas, labour costs, stock control, wastage and day-to-day store performance.

• Spot opportunities. Use KPIs, customer feedback and your commercial instincts to identify ways to improve performance and elevate the customer experience.

Store Manager - Is This You?

You might already be managing a premium caf-, bakery, restaurant or food retail store. Equally, you could be an ambitious Deputy or Assistant Manager ready to take that next step, with the right commercial experience behind you.

What matters most is that you understand quality, people and performance.

• Experience in hospitality or premium food retail management, ideally within a quality-led, high-volume environment.

• Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing KPIs, budgets, labour and P&L.

• The confidence to balance operational efficiency with an exceptional customer experience.
