We are working with a growing construction contractor specialising in high-quality refurbishment projects across London. They are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join the team and take ownership of the bid process from initial opportunity through to submission. This is an excellent opportunity for a Bid Writer / Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tenders and bringing together information from commercial, design and operational teams to produce high-quality, winning bids. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end bid process, from tender release through to final submission. Review and analyse tender documents, identifying key requirements, risks and opportunities. Develop and manage detailed bid programmes and submission timelines. Coordinate input from Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Pre-Construction, Design and Operations teams. Prepare and manage PQQs, ITTs, SQs and tender submissions. Produce high-quality technical submissions, methodologies, project plans and supporting documentation. Ensure all submissions are accurate, professionally presented and completed within strict deadlines. Lead bid meetings and manage actions across internal teams. Liaise with clients, consultants and supply chain partners where required. Maintain bid trackers and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
