Working closely with the Group Head of People and Culture, you''ll take ownership of day-to-day People and Culture operations, primarily supporting our UK business, while gradually developing your involvement across our European entities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships and supporting managers, but equally wants to contribute ideas, improve processes and help shape how People and Culture evolves as we scale.
