We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and flexible Multi Trade Operative to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves working away from home, carrying out various maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across multiple trades to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake a wide range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting/decorating, and general building work).
• Complete scheduled works efficiently while working on location away from home.
• Diagnose faults, plan repairs, and complete remedial work right-first time.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, site rules, and risk assessments at all times.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the provided company van in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Adapt to variable daily working hours depending on project demands.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven professional experience working as a Multi Trade Operative or within general property maintenance/construction.
• Skills: Competent across a primary trade with strong secondary trade capabilities.
• Tools: Must provide your own standard hand and power tools.
• Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (essential for operating the company van).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work away from home and adapt to variable shift/working hours.
• Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
