This role involves working away from home, carrying out various maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across multiple trades to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Undertake a wide range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting/decorating, and general building work). Complete scheduled works efficiently while working on location away from home. Diagnose faults, plan repairs, and complete remedial work right-first time. Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, site rules, and risk assessments at all times. Maintain tools, equipment, and the provided company van in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
