Internal Customer Service / Technical Account SupportLocation: Bradford - Office-basedPay: 28,000 - 30,000 p/a (Depending on Experience)Package and benefits include: Annual bonus up to 1,000 (non-targeted, performance-based), 25 days holiday + birthday off + bank holidays, On-site gym, on-site kitchen and subsidised teas and coffees, 5% matched pension, casual dress Fridays and social events throughout the yearHours: 35-hour working week - Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-4:30pm, Fri: 8am-1pm (1 in 3 Fridays worked until 3pm)Stafflex are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business supplying specialist products into major blue-chip and industrial customers across engineering.This is not a basic admin or order-processing role; It''s a hands on, technical-leaning position where you''ll support customer accounts, advise on product selection, and act as the link between customers, sales, and operations.If you''re adaptable, curious, and willing to properly learn the role, this is the role for you!Key Duties:Managing and supporting a portfolio of customer accountsHandling technical enquiries where customers may need guidance on what to buyProcessing enquiries, quotations, orders and specifications accuratelyEnsuring orders are delivered as requested and customers are kept informedResolving issues, complaints and credits where requiredSupporting sales activity including cross-selling and added value opportunitiesWorking closely with internal sales, production and technical tea
