An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Legal Counsel to join the Legal and Commercial Team at EFAB Industrial Solutions Ltd. This role will provide legal and commercial support across the full lifecycle of major engineering, fabrication, construction and industrial projects throughout the UK. Legal Coun ember 2026 Word Working closely with project, procurement, commercial and senior leadership teams, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating and managing a broad range of contracts whilst helping to minimise risk and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Review, draft and negotiate supplier, subcontractor and client contracts. Support tender and bid teams with contractual risk assessments and commercial input. Manage contracts throughout the full project lifecycle. Oversee contract performance against agreed milestones, KPIs and commercial objectives. Administer contract variations, change controls, claims and extensions of time. Maintain accurate contract records, approvals and audit trails. Identify contractual risks and provide practical mitigation strategies. Conduct reviews of commercial and contractual interfaces across projects. Advise on dispute resolution matters involving customers, suppliers and contractors. Liaise with external legal advisers where required.
