This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of complex construction projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.You will oversee projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. The role includes managing budgets and project contingency, reporting progress to senior stakeholders, driving continuous improvements, managing risk and collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors. Please be aware this role is a hybrid position, working across new developments throughout the UK and Europe, local David Lloyd Clubs and from home as required, travel is to be expected 2-3 days per week increasing or decreasing upon programme status.
