Force Contracting Services is experiencing an exciting period of growth following the award of major utility and infrastructure projects across the UK, with opportunities to support projects in Europe.

We''re looking for an ambitious Site Manager who''s ready to take the next step into Project Management. If you''ve successfully led sites, managed teams and delivered projects safely and efficiently, we''ll give you the opportunity, support and exposure to develop into a Project Manager.

The Role

Working alongside our experienced Project Managers, you''ll take increasing responsibility for the delivery of Civil Engineering projects from start to finish, including:

• Managing projects safely, on programme and within budget.
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Planning works, allocating resources and monitoring progress.
• Managing client relationships, project documentation and compliance.
• Reporting on project performance and helping drive successful delivery.

About You

• Current Site Manager with experience in Civil Engineering, Utilities or Infrastructure.
• Ready to progress into Project Management.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• SMSTS qualified.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willing to travel across the UK and stay away when required.
