Generate 50 percent of your own pipeline through outbound activity tailored to your strengths. Work with SDRs who provide the other 50 percent of inbound opportunities. Lead discovery, qualification, tailored demos, relationship development, and all commercial negotiation. Build compelling business cases that clearly articulate the security, operational, and financial value of the platform. Maintain honest, accurate pipeline data with clear next steps and realistic forecasts. Operate in a culture without rigid KPIs.
