Psychotherapist - Children and Young People (8-17 Years) Make a real difference to young lives as a Psychotherapist in a values-led organisation. Location: Covering Coventry to Wiltshire (multi-site role) Salary: 35,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Age Range: Children and Young People aged 8-17Safeguarding Statement Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is at the heart of everything we do. This role is subject to enhanced DBS clearance, robust safer recruitment checks, and ongoing safeguarding responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to always uphold the highest standards of professional practice. Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic support to children and young people aged 8-17 with SEMH needs, trauma histories, communication difficulties, and neurodiversity. The role involves working across schools and residential settings within the Coventry to Wiltshire region, contributing to a psychologically informed environment and supporting positive, long-term outcomes for young people.
