Job Title: Security & Legislation Officer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm, 4 days per week (rota basis including weekends)

A discreet, security-focused organisation is seeking a professional and reliable individual to join its operations team. Due to the confidential nature of the business, full details will be disclosed only to shortlisted candidates. It is based in Birmingham.
This is a process-driven security position requiring a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining security standards, protecting sensitive information, and supporting compliance across daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring, auditing, and managing security systems, including CCTV
• Conducting regular compliance checks and internal audits
• Handling sensitive client and operational information with discretion
• Delivering a high standard of customer service in a secure environment
• Following strict procedures and security protocols
• Completing administrative tasks, including raising invoices and maintaining records

Shift Pattern

• 4-day working week, 7:00am – 6:00pm
• Weekend work included on a rota basis (1 in 3 weekends)

Candidate Profile
