We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi trader to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in Haringey. The Role: Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good works Diagnosing and completing repairs to a high standard Working to agreed timescales and housing KPIs Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately Providing a professional and respectful service to residents Requirements: Proven experience as a Multi trader Strong skills across at least two trades Social housing or property maintenance experience Full UK driving licence Good customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload Package: 25 per hour Company van provided Fuel card provided Long-term ongoing work Haringey patch Monday to Friday ..... full job details .....
