Duties and Responsibilities Welcoming customers and providing a professional and friendly service. Booking vehicles into the workshop and accurately recording customer requirements. Managing customer expectations throughout the service and repair process. Liaising closely with Technicians and Workshop Control. Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle. Discussing additional work and repair requirements with customers. Obtaining authorisation for additional work where required. Preparing and explaining invoices on completion of work. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant systems. Delivering excellent customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. Your Background and Skills Minimum 1 year''s experience as a Service Advisor. Previous automotive Aftersales experience is essential. Pinnacle DMS experience is highly desirable.
