Employer Engagement Consultant Salary: £33,000 £35,000 pro rata (negotiable) Permanent 4 days per week Four-day working week, Monday to Thursday.32 hours per week, 8:45am 5:15pm. Covering across centres in Clacton, Southend and Grays. A varied role combining employer networking, relationship development and learner support. Potential for working hours to increase to 37.5 hours per week over the coming academic year. You ll use your relationship-building skills to connect employers with emerging talent, create meaningful work experience and apprenticeship opportunities, and help learners take their next steps into employment. The Role: Build and develop relationships with local and regional employers, turning new contacts into genuine opportunities. Use your recruitment, sales or business development skills to develop an employer pipeline and promote training and apprenticeship programmes. Create work experience, employment and progression opportunities for learners and apprentices. Support learners through individual careers reviews, helping them identify their strengths, career goals and next steps.
